Join sound artist Ivor Richards in two immersive performances of audio artwork celebrating the sounds of the Forest of Dean. Guests are invited to close their eyes or pick up a blindfold and enjoy a surround sound journey, highlighting the noises of birds, miners, streams, people and places.

Taking place at the Dean Heritage Centre on Saturday 4 August 2018, the performances will take place at 6pm and 6.45pm, with the soundscape bounced around the audience thanks to sculptural sound mirrors which reflect soundwaves.

Alongside this sonic experience will be a range of refreshments and barbeque food, making the performance an exciting evening out, perfect for reconnecting with the sounds of local life.
