Cheltenham based jazz quartet, Dom Franks’ StrayHorns will entertain audiences as the first concert held in Gloucester Catherdral’s newly refurbished Lady Chapel.

Promising a fantastic night of jazz music amongst iconic architecture, Dom Franks’ Strayhorns at Gloucester Cathedral will be held in the building’s newly restored Lady Chapel.

Performing for the first time in the Cathedral’s Lady Chapel on Friday 18 May 2018, the Strayhorn quartet will be led by Cheltenham saxophonist Dom Franks.

Described as an ‘accessible but lyrical sound, rooted in creative improvisation and hard-driving grooves’, the concert will focus on material from the group’s third album Living With Spooks.
