Glass slippers, scheming sisters and a best friend with a talent for trouble – Cinderella is heading to the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham this Christmas, with Tweedy bringing his trademark silliness to the fairy tale.
Always a popular treat for Gloucestershire families, this year's pantomime is said to combine upbeat pop songs, energetic choreography and elaborate costumes with the slapstick Everyman Theatre audiences have come to expect. Oh yes they have!
When is Cinderella at the Everyman Theatre?
Cinderella runs from Friday 27 November 2026 to Sunday 10 January 2027, offering families the chance to catch a performance in the build-up to Christmas, during the school holidays or as a New Year treat.
Who is in the Cinderella cast?
Tweedy plays Cinderella’s best friend, Buttons, while returning favourites Kevin Brewis and Miles Western team up as the Ugly Sisters.
Olivia Bella takes the title role, with Josh Crowther as Prince Charming and Dominic Treacy as Dandini.
West End dancers join the cast, while Sam Holmes and Nick Winston return to write and direct – continuing their partnership on the Everyman’s pantomimes since 2019.
