Ever wondered how to make restaurant standard vegan food at home? Want to know how to create texture in vegan dishes? Head along to The Isbourne for an insightful vegan cooking class covering tofu, seitan and tempeh.

Taking place in Cheltenham on Saturday 30 March 2019, Vegan Cooking Without Limits: Tofu, Seitan & Tempeh will involve a talk on how to use these vegan ingredients. There’ll also be a cookery demonstration as well as a helpful Q&A session with tutor, Andy Tibbs.
