Gloucestershire gin lovers, grab the tonic water and make a toast to Fox’s Kiln Distillery Gin – a brand-new spirit range launched this summer.
Distilled and bottled by Gloucester Brewery at its headquarters in the historic Gloucester Docks, gin connoisseurs can try four flavours Fox’s Kiln Distillery Gin – rhubarb and ginger, blood orange, classic, and raspberry and rose pink gin – with a special limited edition elderflower gin, using handpicked elderflowers from Over Farm in Gloucester, already selling out.
Managing director, Jared Brown, said: ‘We pride ourselves on producing handcrafted, small batch gins using only the finest natural botanicals and real fruits. Nothing artificial goes in our gins and often our fruits and flowers are picked locally from Over Farm, which makes them totally unique.’
The team behind the range of local gins have been working on the gin range for almost a year. A 100-litre distillery was installed at Gloucester Brewery in January 2020 with plans to release the gins in March 2020, but the Coronavirus lockdown pushed the launch back to June 2020.
Gloucester Brewery hopes to diversify its drinks range even further by introducing a vodka and a rum in the future. Cheers to that!
