Cheltenham Racecourse fixtures guide

The jewel in Jump Racing's crown, Cheltenham Racecourse hosts eight anticipated horseracing fixtures each season, with race days running from October 2020 to April 2021.

Cheltenham Racecourse plays host to some of the best National Hunt racing action in the world, set in 350 spectacular acres at the foot of the Cotswold hills at Prestbury Park on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

Running from October to April each year, the 2020-2021 season at Cheltenham Racecourse includes eight race days.

Please note, horseracing is currently being held behind closed doors due to government restrictions and the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

The Showcase at Cheltenham Racecourse

Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October 2020


Kicking off the 2020-2021 jump racing season at Cheltenham Racecourse, The Showcase includes two days of thrilling racing action every October.


The November Meeting at Cheltenham Racecourse

Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2020


The November Meeting at Cheltenham Racecourse promises three days of gripping horseracing magic, including Countryside Day, The BetVictor Gold Cup and a Family Fun Zone. Under 18s go free to this event.


The International at Cheltenham Racecourse

Friday 11 to Saturday 12 December 2021


Cheltenham Racecourse hosts The International each December, for the last racing fix in the calendar year – this race day is seen as a fun festive day out with friends or colleagues.


New Year’s Day at Cheltenham Racecourse

Wednesday 1 January 2020


Toast 2020 at Cheltenham Racecourse, where no less than seven races and a chance to continue the celebrations with family and friends awaits this New Year’s Day. Under 18s go free to this event.
