The Severn Mud Run returns to Gloucestershire this September.

After the success of the first ever Severn Mud Run in 2018, the event returns on Saturday 8 September 2019, with both a five and 10 -kilometre course for runners to take on.

This year’s event boasts a new course, new obstacles and more mud than last year’s event. Set along the River Severn at the Mud Run venue in Stroat, the views promise to impress runners and spectators, all the while getting covered in mud.

New for 2019 is a shorter course for Severn Nippers, a two-and-a-half-kilometre route for children aged between six and 14. The whole family is encouraged to take part, so why not gather the troops and get everyone active?

With a course to suit everyone, and a bypass option for each obstacle, the Severn Mud Run is set to test your mental and physical stamina, and there’s no better excuse to get covered in mud!
