With an expected audience of around 7,500 people, Chalfest continues to punch well above its weight, attracting nationally recognised artists while retaining the warmth, friendliness and community values that have made it such a unique festival experience and an annual Gloucestershire highlight.
Taking place at the France Lynch Pleasure Ground in Chalford Hill on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 July 2026, the volunteer-run festival will welcome more than 50 artists and performers across two packed days of music, comedy, workshops and family activities.
What to expect from Chalfest 2026?
Described as its best lineup yet, headlining the Main Stage at Chalfest in 2026 are Heather Small, the iconic voice of M People; the ultimate party collective Discoliscious, featuring Jemma Bolt and Woody Cook, performing high energy back-to-back DJ sets; chart-topping rapper Tinchy Stryder; and 90s pop favourite Chesney Hawkes. Returning crowd favourites Dick & Dom will once again bring their legendary festival energy to Chalford Hill; while Friday welcomes the hugely popular Retrospective of House which will be headlined by Radio 1 Dance Anthems’ Charlie Hedges.
The 2026 line-up also features an eclectic mix of established names, rising stars and local talent including Charlie Hedges, Benny Page and DJ Hybrid, Prince Fatty & Horseman, Casual Six, Lisa Unique, Becki De Funk, Kaya Faya, Mushroom Junctionaires, Britpop Boys, Immi Dash, Johnny Clash, Patsy Gamble, Euphonique, Klumzychemist, Man Like Bro and many more.
Beyond the music, Chalfest remains firmly rooted in its community ethos, as festival-goers can enjoy comedy curated by Crazy Bird Comedy, performances from the Chalford Brass Band and Chalford Community Choir & Orchestra, creative workshops, markets, food trucks, bars and a huge programme of free activities for children and families.
