Inspired by the beautiful English countryside, Gloucestershire's magical Giffords Circus is going on tour with its 'most ambitious show yet' – Waterfield – in 2026.
When and where is Giffords Circus Waterfield?
Kicking off from its home at Fennells Farm in Stroud on Thursday 2 April, Giffords is touring the countryside throughout the spring and summer, pitching its big top at Gloucestershire venues including Sudeley Castle, Frampton Court, Minchinhampton Common and Stratton Meadows, before heading back to Stroud for the final leg of the tour, which finishes on Sunday 27 September 2026.
What to expect from Giffords Circus Waterfield
Inspired by 'the English countryside and the creatures that inhabit it', Waterfield promises to be Giffords 'most ambitious show yet', providing an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages.
Directed for another year by Cal McCrystal, who has worked closely with founder Toti Gifford and children Red and Cecil, the show features breathtaking circus acts from returning favourite performers including The Jasters, as well as spectacular sets and costumes, all lovingly made by hand.
Giffords' famous travelling restaurant, Circus Sauce, is back on the road in 2026, too, with a seasonal menu that uses the very best local produce and a healthy sprinkling of circus magic.

Tickets cost from £20 per adult and from £10 per child or wheelchair user, with children under three and carers able to go along and enjoy the show for free.
