Editor's ChoiceAfter being postponed for two years due to Covid-19, the anticipated Lechlade Music Festival is finally celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2022, with a jam-packed line up of live music.
Taking place from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 May 2022, this year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, whilst sticking to its family-oriented roots. The multi-award-winning event in the beautiful Cotswolds will provide three days of music, camping, boutique glamping, comedy, dance and more.
For music lovers, The Boomtown Rats and Alexandra Burke will be headlining the music stage at Lechlade Music Festival this May 2022, accompanied by acts including Tankus the Henge, Guns or Roses, Jetstream, Chelsea Blues, The Maida Vales and more.
The family-friendly festival has mounds of entertainment to occupy little ones and bigger kids alike.
Tackle the bouncing balls in the brand-new WipeOut game; brave the helter skelter; bash bumper cars at the fairground rides; reach new heights on bouncy castles; dance away at the Bugs Beats silent disco; or visit the kids’ play tent for some free fun – there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained!
Foodies can kick back and relax at Lechlade with an array of brilliant food stalls serving up menus from around the world – with authentic Indian street food from Taste of Spice; classic bangers from the Cotswold Sausage Co; the flavour of America’s Wild West with Chuck Wagon Kitchen; and lots more.
There’s plenty of real ales, cider and more to sip on in the sun, too.
For a truly unforgettable experience this summer, festivalgoers can make the most of their weekend by choosing from a range of exclusive glamping and camping options, alongside premium family and group toilet packages too.
The campsite is divided into separate areas – campervans, caravans and motorhomes, plus three general camping areas to pitch up a tent; with the third area being separated for a more luxurious glamping experience, located on the riverfront field.
Tickets to Lechlade Festival are on sale now, with extra discounts for locals. What’s more, children aged 16-and-under go free, for both camping or visiting for the day.
