One of the biggest additions to Cheltenham’s nightlife scene in 2021, Home & Botanic is hosting a spectacular send-off to the year, open from 9pm on Friday 31 December 2021, all the way through to 4am on Saturday 1 January 2022.

What’s happening?

Sponsored by premium champagne producer, Moët, Home & Botanic’s New Year’s Eve party promises plenty of cork-popping fun for Cheltenham partygoers – including a phenomenal confetti drop to bring in the new year as the clock strikes midnight.

Revellers can raise a glass to 2022 across five different rooms, from snapping pics in the blossom-filled cocktail bar, Botanic, to hitting the light-up dance floor in Disco Disco. There’s also the suave Piano Bar, energetic Clubroom and the Beer Haus with outdoor terrace, bringing different party styles together in one unique space.

Welcome the new year in a spectacular way at DoubleTree by Hilton’s adults-only masquerade ball at its Cheltenham venue on Friday 31 December 2021.

Starting at 6pm, guests will be greeted with Champagne and canapés on arrival before sitting down to a six-course gala dinner. Afterwards, DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham’s resident DJ will be playing all of the classic hits to keep partygoers dancing all night.

A 19th century inn that oozes Cotswold country charm, The Fox and Hounds in Bredon, just over the Worcestershire border, is celebrating New Year’s Eve with live music, food and drinks on Friday 31 December 2021.

What’s happening?

A must for music lovers, The Fox and Hounds is hosting a laid-back New Year’s Eve party with live music from local singer-songwriter, Joe Wheldon – with local punters and visitors invited to get together and raise a glass to 2022 in its traditional Cotswold inn.

Expect a cheerful atmosphere in the quaint, thatched-roof pub, with drinks available to toast the new year and curry being served from 7pm to 9pm. Best of all, entrance is totally free!

The important bits

This is a non-ticketed event with no entrance fee. Booking is not essential, but customers are advised to call ahead if they want to secure a table for the evening.

The curry costs £8.50 per person and will be served on a first come, first served basis, with drinks charged at normal rate.
