Cheltenham-headquartered Pennant International Group, a global provider of technology-driven support software, technical services and training solutions for nearly 60 years, is marking a significant milestone with the release of a major upgrade to its Auxilium software.
Known globally for its advanced system support software, Pennant works with organisations operating some of the world’s most complex and highly regulated software – helping them to maximise efficiency, from design through to maintenance and training.
Pennant's latest software release, which comes after 'millions of pounds worth of investment', marks what it describes as a pivotal moment in the evolution of its flagship platform, with the integration of R4i completing the next stage of the software suite’s roadmap.
This builds on Pennant's successful addition of GenS and Analyzer in 2025, bringing the suite’s 'core capabilities together into a single, unified environment.'
This means that users can now access the full Auxilium suite from one server, within a shared data ecosystem – removing silos and unlocking a more streamlined way of working.
The suite brings together previously separate capabilities into one cohesive solution – something which Pennant says is 'rarely offered by a single provider in this space, particularly across logistics support analysis, model-based support and technical publications.'
Phil Walker, CEO of Pennant International, said: 'The benefits of this upgrade are far-reaching. By unifying systems, organisations can eliminate duplication, ensure data integrity and make more informed, data-driven decisions.
'This in turn supports improved operational readiness, enhanced reliability and lower overall ownership costs.'
The newly enhanced Auxilium suite also strengthens compliance with international standards, while reducing administrative workloads through simplified processes and vendor management, which, for industries where precision and accountability are critical, is a key upgrade.
With offices spanning the UK, North America and Asia Pacific, Pennant will continue to evolve its offering in line with the rapidly changing technological needs of its global customer base.
Since its foundation from humble beginnings on Lansdown Place, Cheltenham, in 1958, Pennant has spent the past 60 years perfecting its lead on ground-breaking, globally significant innovations, such as production of the first prototype of the SRN Hovercraft in 1965; creation of the first animated display for the Concord Flight Control System model in 1975; and winner of the Best Virtual Simulator award for its virtual parachute training simulator in 2015.
Phil added: 'This update is truly setting the foundations for some exciting updates to come in future releases.'
