Cotswolds Designer Outlet has welcomed global eyewear retailer Sunglass Hut to its growing line-up of brands, as the shopping destination moves closer to full occupancy ahead of the summer season.
The new store opening marks another milestone for the outlet, which launched just 10 months ago and has rapidly established itself as a major retail destination for the region.
Opening in time for warmer weather, Sunglass Hut brings one of the world’s best-known eyewear brands to the scheme, further strengthening its mix of fashion and lifestyle retailers.
Cotswolds Designer Outlet now has just one final retailer set to open later this summer, after which the outlet will be fully let.
The destination is currently home to more than 50 stores, including BOSS, Levi’s, Reiss and Sweaty Betty, alongside seven eateries and independent businesses including The Patisserie Box and KNEAD bakery.
According to the outlet, strong visitor numbers and continued interest from major brands have helped drive the scheme’s early success, despite ongoing challenges facing the wider UK retail sector.
