Marquees start to come down at No. 131 in Cheltenham — and something new is in the pipeline

It's been almost six months since Julian Dunkerton's Lucky Onion Group lost its appeal to keep the outdoor marquees at boutique Cheltenham hotel and dining destination, No. 131 The Promenade. Now, they're finally starting to be removed.
