Bringing world-class equestrian eventing to the Cotswolds once again, the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials returns from Thursday 18 to Sunday 21 September 2025.
Watch pro equestrians compete in dressage, cross country and show jumping events across the four days — and with Blenheim attracting the very top athletes, there's a good chance you'll see Olympic riders like Laura Collett and Tom McEwan in the saddle again this year.
Blenheim is no stranger to welcoming famous guests from the eventing world, with influencer Megan Elphick there to interview riders on Thursday and meet-and-greets with YouTuber Esme Higgs on Saturday.
Not only an internationally renowned equestrian event but a wonderful day out for families, there's also mini Land Rovers to drive and a giant observation wheel that offers panoramic views over the horse trials.
There's also the chance to see falcons soar and dogs put through their paces in the agility ring; and peruse more than 200 trade stands in the shopping village for country essentials and local produce.
The Shetland Pony Grand National is back too, promising all the thrills of a day at the races — in miniature! With the tiny ponies making big strides to race over steeplechase fences, ridden by young jockeys aged nine to 14.
And visitors can enjoy a range of tasty food and drink while at the event, from Fortnum & Mason picnic hampers, to handmade pizzas, fish and chips and artisan coffee.
Tickets must be purchased online via the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials website.
