BrewDog has confirmed it is opening its first craft beer bar in Gloucestershire at Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter this February 2022.

The new venue is opening on Friday 25 February 2022 in the former home of Frankie and Benny’s and will serve a wide array of craft beers, including BrewDog’s headliner Punk IPA; wines and spirits; as well as burgers and wings on its food menu.

On top of being dog-friendly, the Cheltenham bar promises to be carbon negative too – with sustainability at the heart of BrewDog’s latest Equity for Punks crowdfunding campaign.

The BrewDog announcement comes hot on the heels of Flight Club announcing it would be opening at The Brewery Quarter in March 2022, with Pho also set to open in spring.

Nikki Kontarines, asset manager of Martin Commercial Properties, managing agents of The Brewery Quarter, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome BrewDog to The Brewery Quarter.

‘Business is booming here and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have such a popular and world-renowned brand joining our stable of thriving outlets.’

Will Brown, head of projects and maintenance at BrewDog, added: ‘Cheltenham is a great town and The Brewery Quarter is an ideal location for us. We are really excited to be opening.’
