A unique woodland forest spa experience is launching in March 2018, just half an hour away from Gloucester.

Hidden deep within an ancient woodland on the outskirts of Gloucestershire, this unique spa experience really does connect visitors to the tranquillity of the natural world. Offering ‘forest bathing’ for up to 40 people, this ‘wild luxury’ experience opened to the public in March 2018.

Based within the 1,300 acre Bromesberrow Estate between the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills, visitors to the spa can laze in the Finnish style ‘barrel’ sauna, unwind in the wood-fired hot tub and melt into a forest bathing net; allowing over stressed guests to gaze at the sky through the treetops.

Taking influence from Scandinavian saunas and Japanese therapies, the forest bathing experience combines a traditional spa day with the added tranquillity of spending time outdoors, under the canopy of towering oak trees.

Visitors will bathe in the fresh Malvern water, the natural waters of which supply the whole site. They can also take part in yoga, meditation and massage in one of the site’s geometric domes.

Overnight stays are also available in two on-site ‘glamping’ dorms, which host up to 20 people. Initially, the site will be open on Mondays and Fridays between March and October 2018, with yoga, walking and writing retreats also planned throughout the year.
