1. Get a personal trainer

2. Enter a race

Many first-time gym-goers focus a great deal on hitting the treadmill hard for hours on end, but using weights is a great way to build muscle definition, sculpt your body and it also helps speed up your metabolism too!


11. Try a fitness class


If the thought of working out alone is too daunting, why not sign up for a fitness class where you won’t be on your own? What’s more, with a motivated instructor, some great music and friendly faces, you’ll be working out with no worries in no time at all.
