SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards 2022 will see the annual event move to the town’s new Minster Exchange.

We can finally now reveal the partners who will help make the SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards 2022 another incredible success, the venue for the night – and that the BBC’s Steve Knibbs will be back to compère the annual event.

Being held on Thursday 20 October 2022, The SGGBA 2022 awards evening will be held at the new home for Cheltenham’s Growth Hub business centre and Cheltenham Festivals’ headquarters, the Hub8 Minster Exchange, which is currently being built next to Cheltenham Minster in the town centre.

James Fyrne, managing director of SoGlos, said: ‘Last year was such a fantastic success and helped showcase some really incredible Gloucestershire businesses and businesspeople – which is what it is all about.

‘We hope to generate even more excitement this year – with 22 incredible awards up for the taking in 2022 – but we couldn’t achieve any of it without our fantastic partners.’

Oasis Events will be once again sprinkling its magic, with drinks being supplied for guests by Neptune Rum, and supper from Wild Pizza Co – all helping to ensure everyone’s night will be another evening to remember for Gloucestershire’s thriving business community.

Oasis Events is a long-standing partner of SoGlos having helped it establish its flagship annual Lifestyle Awards and launch last year’s business awards.

The Cotswold-based event business’s client-base includes well-known corporate brands and private clients, with Oasis overseeing the design and organisation of each event.

Neptune Rum, which proved so popular at last year’s business awards at Weston Aviation’s hangar, was founded in Cheltenham in 2017 and by 2018/19 had already won more than 65 global awards.

The Wild Pizza Co specialises in catering for events across the south west, serving wood fired pizzas made using dough which is cold fermented for over 72 hours.

Gloucester Brewery is the final SGGBA partner for 2022, providing the venue and drinks for a special new sponsors and finalist event in July. Gloucester Brewery is an award-winning independent brewery in the heart of Gloucester Docks, producing a range of beers and also spirits at its Fox’s Kiln Distillery.
