40ml Cotswold Single Malt Whiskey
20ml Akashi-Tai Plum Sake
1 White Sugar cube
3 Dashes Jerry Thomas Bitter
1 Orange twist
1.Place the white sugar cube into glass and soak in three dashes of Jerry Thomas Bitter.
2.Add ice to the glass and pour in the whiskey and plum sake.
3.Add a twist of orange.
4.Stir and enjoy.
