Whether you’re toasting a long weekend or you’re after a boozy beverage to enjoy in the garden, the talented mixologists at The Fire Station have come up trumps with this summer cocktail recipe.

The Fire Station Old Fashioned

Serves: 1
Prep time: 2 minutes

Ingredients

40ml Cotswold Single Malt Whiskey
20ml Akashi-Tai Plum Sake
1 White Sugar cube
3 Dashes Jerry Thomas Bitter
1 Orange twist

Method

1.Place the white sugar cube into glass and soak in three dashes of Jerry Thomas Bitter.
2.Add ice to the glass and pour in the whiskey and plum sake.
3.Add a twist of orange.
4.Stir and enjoy.
