As part of a series of free events marking Men’s Health Week, The Isbourne in Cheltenham is inviting men to try out Flowing Yoga without spending a penny.
With no need to book, the session will take place on Saturday 15 June 2019 and will provide a much-needed energy boost, helping to improve balance and strengthen the body.
Covering breathwork to promote relaxation and bodywork to strengthen muscles, the class is suitable for beginners.
With years of teaching under her belt, tutor Ann will lead the group through Vinyasa Flow, Yin as well as meditation techniques.
