Having created a new piece of theatre to commemorate the centenary of the end of WWI, The Gloucester Theatre Company will set off on a tour across Gloucestershire and beyond.

The tour of Pacifists and Protesters will run from Friday 9 to Saturday 17 February 2018, visiting The Cotswold Playhouse in Stroud, The Redgrave Theatre in Bristol, and the Parabola Arts Centre in Cheltenham.

Pacifists and Protesters will be a two-part production featuring a performance of A Dangerous Woman, followed by a devised presentation inspired by the words of poets, pacifists and other protesters.

A project that has received support from The Heritage Lottery, The Gloucester Theatre Company’s show will explore the largely forgotten aspect of WWI; those who opposed the war, and is sure to be a compelling performance.

Tickets for Pacifists and Protesters are now on sale, with prices starting from £12.
