It has been a tough 18 months for the hospitality and nightlife industry, but with the final easing of lockdown restrictions set to see entertainment venues fully reopen on Monday 19 July 2021, Gloucester BID is encouraging people to support businesses in the city.

The changes to the UK Government’s lockdown restrictions on Monday 19 July 2021 marks the fourth and final step in the roadmap out of lockdown in England. This includes the reopening of nightclubs and live music venues, an end to social distancing and the rule of six, as well as the lifting of restrictions on large events such as festivals.

And with this in mind, non-profit organisation, Gloucester BID, is encouraging revellers to support Gloucester’s local events and nightlife – whether you want to show off your best dance moves at one of Gloucester’s nightclubs such as Fever, ATIK and Butlers, catch a glimpse of your favourite performers at Gloucester Guildhall or hear the roar at The Shed as Gloucester Rugby heads back to the field.

Gloucester BID aims to support companies and businesses in the city, working in partnership to make Gloucester a fun, safe, clean and desirable place to live, work, shop, study and visit.
